The Transforming Telehealth: Developing a Framework for Defining Integrated Care Models workshop brought together an expert group of national thought leaders across Health Systems, Patient & Caregiver Advocacy, Payers, Policy & Government Relations, Providers, and Quality & Research to define a framework for integrated telehealth—a model that embeds virtual care within the broader healthcare system to improve access, quality, continuity, and value.
